At DAVIDsTEA, we want you to love your steep. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return un-opened tea or unused accessories within 30 days of the purchase date.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Tea
Ensure that tea pouches remain sealed and accessories are in their original packaging; place them securely in a shipping box with the original packing slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
