Do you offer free shipping on orders?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within Canada and the United States. For orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
What is your return policy for tea and accessories?
We want you to love your brew. Unopened tea and unused accessories in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for food safety reasons, opened tea packages cannot be returned.
Are your tea sachets compostable?
Our sachet hero is sustainability! Most of our tea sachets are made from a plant-based, biodegradable material. Simply check the specific product packaging for composting instructions.
